Frequently Asked Questions
Counselling is often referred to as talk therapy. It’s a safe space where you can be listened to without judgment, whilst you explore your thoughts, emotions and therapeutic goals. Counselling is tailored to you as an individual. For some people, that may look like externally processing what’s currently concerning you. For others, that may look like discussing solution-focused strategies.
